Talent Acquisition Specialist – Hospitality & F&B

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead end‑to‑end recruitment for The Groves, a premier hospitality, dining and entertainment destination in Riyadh. Reporting to the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will support high‑volume hiring, overseas recruitment, visa coordination and workforce mobilisation across hotels, fine‑dining venues and seasonal events.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding for permanent, temporary, contract and seasonal roles.
• Source, screen, interview and shortlist candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, referrals, agencies and university partnerships.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and prepare offer letters and employment documentation.
• Conduct reference and background checks and ensure compliance with Saudi labour regulations for international hires.
• Support mass‑hiring events, assessment days and build talent pipelines for recurring seasonal needs.
• Maintain accurate records in the ATS, generate recruitment dashboards and uphold candidate confidentiality.

Required profile

• Proven experience recruiting for luxury hotels, fine‑dining restaurants, premium venues or entertainment destinations.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Familiarity with Saudi visa processes and overseas recruitment compliance.
