Talent Acquisition Specialist – Eastern & Western Cape

About the role

TB HIV Care is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment across its programmes in the Eastern and Western Cape. The role will support both urban and rural sites, ensuring the organisation attracts and retains high‑quality specialists in scarce‑skill areas.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute full‑cycle recruitment processes for a range of positions, from generalist roles to highly specialised clinical and technical posts.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, develop sourcing strategies and manage candidate pipelines.
• Utilise multiple sourcing channels, including job boards, professional networks and community outreach, to reach diverse talent pools.
• Conduct interviews, assess competencies and coordinate selection panels.
• Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to senior leadership.
• Support employer branding initiatives to promote TB HIV Care as an employer of choice in the health sector.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within healthcare, non‑profit or related sectors.
• Strong understanding of the South African labour market, especially in the Eastern and Western Cape.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a solution‑driven team.
