Talent Acquisition Coordinator – Remote (US Healthcare – ABA)

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our US‑based client in the Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) space. This remote position focuses on high‑volume sourcing, screening, and onboarding of ABA therapists (RBTs) to support therapy services for children with autism and other neurodiverse diagnoses.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑volume outreach primarily via Indeed and LinkedIn to build a pipeline of candidates.
• Review 50+ resumes weekly to achieve a target of approximately 10 hires per week.
• Identify candidates from education, psychology, childcare, and related fields, assessing their potential for ABA therapy roles.
• Screen, interview, and onboard candidates, coordinating with the client’s 40‑hour training programme when needed.
• Maintain real‑time notes and manage a fast‑moving candidate pipeline.
• Adhere to a Monday‑Friday schedule (9 AM‑6 PM EST) and work on both South African and U.S. public holidays.

Required profile

• Strong phone‑based communication skills and proactive outreach ability.
• Experience handling high‑volume recruitment or talent acquisition processes.
• Ability to assess candidate potential beyond formal ABA experience.
• Reliable fixed‑fibre internet (minimum 25 Mbps) and power backup solution.
• Willingness to work remotely and align with US Eastern Standard Time.
