About the role

Flowmingo is looking for independent Talent Acquisition Business Partners to expand the reach of its AI‑powered interview platform. In this referral‑based position you will introduce the solution to HR leaders, recruiters and hiring managers in your professional network, including your own organization.

Key responsibilities

• Share Flowmingo with HR and recruiting contacts, explaining how the platform fits into their hiring workflow.
• Facilitate introductions between prospective users and the Flowmingo team.
• Gather and relay feedback from new users to help improve the product.
• Earn commissions for every successful client referral and receive a bonus when your own company adopts the platform.

Required profile

• Current or former HR professional, recruiter or talent‑acquisition consultant with an active network.
• Self‑starter who enjoys recommending tools that add value.
• Comfortable communicating with decision‑makers and presenting product benefits.
• Ability to work flexible hours without a fixed quota.
