About the role
Sir Fruit is looking for a Sustainability Lead to turn its ESG ambition into measurable action. You will work across the factory floor, with suppliers and senior leadership to embed sustainability into daily operations and report on impact.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and continuously refine Sir Fruit’s sustainability strategy, roadmap, pillars, targets and KPIs.
- Drive execution of initiatives such as sustainable packaging, waste reduction, recycling systems and low‑impact logistics.
- Lead transparent ESG reporting and ensure alignment with industry standards and regulatory expectations.
- Partner with Human Capital to embed sustainability into company culture through employee engagement programmes.
- Support integration of sustainability considerations into decisions across operations, supply chain and commercial teams.
Required profile
- Comfortable working on the factory floor, with suppliers and senior leadership.
- Strong analytical mindset to connect data, operations and strategy.
- Ability to translate sustainability goals into practical, measurable actions.
