Supply Chain Lead – Global Digital Operations (Remote)

About the role

A rapidly scaling international consumer products brand is looking for a Supply Chain Lead to own and optimise its global distribution network. This fully remote role offers a high‑impact opportunity to drive worldwide growth while managing demand forecasting, digital inventory planning and international logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute global supply plans based on demand forecasts, production lead times and regional inventory requirements.
• Manage end‑to‑end processing of wholesale, retail, e‑commerce and internal replenishment orders across international channels.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound freight across multiple shipping modes, liaising directly with international freight forwarders and logistics providers.
• Reconcile stock levels across ERP, inventory management systems and third‑party warehouse portals to ensure data accuracy.
• Monitor global inventory health, track safety stock, identify slow‑moving items and manage replenishment cycles.
• Execute inter‑location stock transfers to balance inventory across third‑party logistics partners.
• Maintain digital trackers and system documentation to provide real‑time visibility for all supply‑chain stakeholders.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, demand planning or inventory management.
• Proven experience managing international logistics and global freight operations.
• Demonstrated ability to run supply‑chain processes entirely through digital, cloud‑based tools.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP or inventory management platforms, preferably Cin7 or a comparable system.
• Advanced MS Excel and data‑analysis capabilities.
• Experience in FMCG, consumer goods, e‑commerce or health & wellness (preferred).
• Familiarity with import/export documentation and cross‑border trade compliance (preferred).
