Supply Chain Coordinator

About the role

This remote position supports a fast‑growing international health and wellness brand. You will be responsible for end‑to‑end order processing, inventory reconciliation across multiple 3PL warehouses, and ensuring product availability for global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer and supplier purchase orders accurately within ERP systems.
• Reconcile stock records across several 3PL warehouse locations.
• Coordinate daily inbound and outbound shipments with third‑party warehouse partners.
• Execute stock transfers between warehouses to maintain product availability.
• Produce routine inventory and operational reports for internal stakeholders.
• Resolve order and inventory queries in collaboration with Finance and Operations teams.
• Support product launches and promotional campaigns through targeted inventory coordination.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in supply chain operations, order processing or inventory management.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP and inventory management systems.
• Background in FMCG, e‑commerce or retail environments is highly advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel for data analysis and stock reconciliation.
• Experience coordinating with third‑party logistics (3PL) providers.
