Supply Chain Analyst

About the role

The role partners with manufacturing sites and joint ventures to generate, collate and ensure the integrity of financial data, supporting fact‑based decision making and cost management across the PP&L, Cellars and Packaging business units. You will act as a financial guardian for Heineken assets, providing analysis, controls and early warnings to drive performance and mitigate risks.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑pilot production teams by delivering financial analysis and advice based on deep operational knowledge.
• Prepare and critically analyse monthly results, management reports and KPIs, including commentaries and benchmarks.
• Monitor OEE, O/T, costing standards and SAP routing, recommending performance improvements or standard adjustments.
• Analyse production order variances, issue early warnings and advise on corrective actions.
• Ensure reliability of accounting records and perform regular controls, audits and stock verification.
• Support budgeting, CAPEX and OPEX processes, reconciling financial transactions across sites and JVs.

Required profile

• BCom Accounting or equivalent qualification; CIMA or honours degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in management accounting or controlling, ideally within supply chain or FMCG.
• Strong analytical curiosity with the ability to work independently under pressure.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills to partner across functions.
