Strategic Marketing Manager – Energy

About the role

We are seeking a European Strategic Marketing Manager to drive growth in the Energy market, covering EV chargers, BESS, UPS and Solar PV. The role bridges customers, sales, product development and global teams to turn market insights into profitable strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse industry trends, customer needs and competitive landscapes to define market opportunities and total addressable market.
• Develop and execute application‑focused marketing strategies and new‑business initiatives.
• Collaborate with business units and R&D to influence product roadmaps and support product launches.
• Partner with European sales, distributors and factories to deliver training, commercial support and design‑in opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, Business or related field and 5+ years of experience in strategic or product marketing, business development or R&D within an industrial/technology environment.
• Proven ability to create go‑to‑market and growth strategies, work in international cross‑functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
