About the role
We are looking for experienced Store Managers who are ready to step up to an Area Manager role covering the East London region. This position offers a clear career progression within a dynamic retail environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day retail operations across assigned stores.
- Drive sales performance and meet financial targets.
- Ensure compliance with franchise standards where applicable.
- Analyze operational data to improve efficiency.
Required profile
- Matric/Grade 12 qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of retail operations management experience.
- Experience in franchise operations (advantageous).
- Strong financial acumen and business mindset.
- Excellent attention to detail and data‑analysis ability.
- Ability to work flexibly and thrive under pressure.
- Valid driver’s licence and own car.
