About the role
A national premium brand, represented by its client, is looking for an experienced Store Manager to join its team in Rustenburg. The Store Manager is responsible for the overall performance, profitability and operational excellence of the store, acting as a brand custodian and business leader.
Key responsibilities
- Drive sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences aligned with the brand.
- Lead and develop the store team.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, procedures and retail standards.
- Be accountable for sales performance, customer service, people management, stock control and store presentation.
- Keep the store reflecting the premium standards of the brand.
Required profile
- Grade 12.
- Tertiary education is an advantage.
- Relevant managerial experience running a store.
- Clear and positive background checks, as required by the client.
