Store Manager - North

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our North store in Centurion. You will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring excellent customer service, and developing a high‑performing team in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Drive store performance to meet and exceed sales targets, promoting add‑ons and other revenue streams.
• Maintain merchandising and marketing standards and build a loyal customer base.
• Oversee inventory controls, stock management and align availability with customer demand.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences, act on mystery shopper reports and resolve complaints promptly.
• Train, develop and motivate staff, manage performance, and plan succession.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, handle daily administration such as cash‑ups, safe and alarm checks, and maintain records.
