Stock Controller

About the role

Join Mondelēz International’s Finished Goods Stores team as a Stock Controller. You will ensure inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and compliance with company policies while supporting production, quality, and distribution functions in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and verify finished goods against production orders, capture receipts in the ERP/WMS system.
• Validate delivery notes, batch numbers and quantities; communicate exceptions to Production, Quality and Planning.
• Print and issue pallet labels, manage label registers and allocate pick slips to storemen.
• Create Stock Transport Orders, complete goods issues and ensure accurate loading and dispatch documentation.
• Coordinate relabelling, handle returns, and correct system discrepancies.
• Prepare and conduct physical and cycle counts; identify and report stock discrepancies.
• Perform daily checks of stock in quality hold, escalate quality issues and ensure GMP compliance.
• Participate in shift handovers, safety documentation collection and continuous improvement initiatives (RCA, 5S, Kaizen).

Required profile

• Matric (Grade 12) required; Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or related field preferred.
• Experience in logistics, procurement or supply‑chain operations.
• Analytical thinking and strong teamwork orientation.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, preferably SAP R3.
