Solutions Engineer (Software Implementation)

About the role

We are seeking a Solutions Engineer specialized in software implementation for manufacturing environments. The successful candidate will partner with customers to analyse their operational processes, deploy digital tools and drive measurable improvements in efficiency and productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct on‑site process audits and map current factory workflows.
• Design and configure SaaS or digital manufacturing platforms, ERP and MES solutions to meet client requirements.
• Lead end‑to‑end implementation projects, ensuring on‑time delivery and quality standards.
• Provide training and post‑implementation support to end‑users.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including developers, engineers and client stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related technical field.
• 2–4 years of experience in industrial engineering, process improvement or software implementation within a manufacturing setting.
• Strong analytical mindset with proven project‑management and client‑facing abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with ERP and MES systems.
• Familiarity with SaaS and digital manufacturing platforms.
• Knowledge of industrial automation and factory floor operations.
• Data analysis for performance improvement.
