Software Instructor

About the role

GP Infotech is rolling out a cutting‑edge Warehouse Management System (WMS) across pharmaceutical warehouses in South Africa. We are looking for dynamic Software Instructors to deliver on‑site and remote training, helping warehouse staff become confident and proficient users of the system.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct on‑site and remote training sessions covering WMS functionality, workflows, and best practices.
• Assess user proficiency and adapt training methods to match varying skill levels.
• Create and maintain clear instructional materials such as guides, checklists, and quick‑reference sheets.
• Provide post‑training support to reinforce learning and ensure correct system usage.
• Document attendance, progress, and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with central support and technical teams to stay aligned with system updates.

Required profile

• Certificate, diploma or bachelor’s degree in Education, Training & Development, IT, Software or a related field (IT qualifications preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong presentation, facilitation and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non‑technical users.
• Well‑developed documentation and organisational skills.
• Quick learner with the capacity to master new software tools rapidly.
• Willingness to travel with own transport.
