About the role

We are looking for a data‑driven Social Media Operations Coordinator to manage daily content scheduling and community engagement for multiple brand accounts. Working closely with a creative team, you will ensure approved assets are published accurately while preserving each brand’s unique voice.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and publish approved content across various social platforms.
• Write platform‑specific copy that aligns with each brand’s tone.
• Handle daily community management, responding to DMs and comments.
• Engage with non‑competing accounts to boost channel presence.
• Compile and analyse performance reports to identify top‑performing content.
• Retrieve finalized creative assets from Monday.com workflows.
• Support monthly client check‑ins with data‑driven insights.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of proven social media management experience for UK or US companies.
• Strong written communication with the ability to adapt tone across brands.
• Analytical mindset capable of turning metrics into actionable recommendations.
• High attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple accounts.
• Comfort with occasional weekend posting for client events.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Monday.com or similar project‑management tools.
