Social Media & Marketing Assistant (Part‑time)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Social Media & Marketing Assistant to join a U.S.-based accounting and advisory firm that serves nonprofit organizations and mental‑health practices. This part‑time position focuses on executing digital marketing strategies, building the firm’s brand, and managing social‑media content.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create, and schedule high‑quality LinkedIn and Facebook posts that translate complex finance topics into engaging copy.
• Write 3–4 weekly posts, develop visual assets using Canva, and maintain a consistent content calendar.
• Manage YouTube workflows, including uploads, basic optimization, and publishing.
• Monitor and engage with followers, track performance metrics, and deliver bi‑weekly reports.
• Analyze trends and competitor activity to inform future content strategies.

Required profile

• 1+ years managing social‑media profiles for a professional‑services or B2B brand.
• 2+ years in digital marketing, copywriting, or content creation.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• High attention to detail and an eye for clean, modern design.
• Familiarity with nonprofit or professional‑services environments.
