Social Media Growth Manager – Remote (Healthcare)

About the role

We are seeking a Social Media Growth Manager to build and scale our Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook channels from the ground up. You will create short‑form content that connects U.S. parents and caregivers with trusted healthcare resources, while driving measurable audience growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own the growth strategy for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Create engaging short‑form content such as Reels, TikToks, Stories, educational posts, testimonials, and behind‑the‑scenes videos.
• Develop and maintain a content calendar targeting U.S. parents and caregivers.
• Plan, launch, and optimise paid social campaigns to increase reach, engagement and qualified followers.
• Engage with followers, nurture authentic online communities, and respond to comments.
• Collaborate with therapists and RBTs to translate expertise into compelling content.
• Track performance metrics, analyse results and continuously refine growth tactics.
• Stay current on social media trends while preserving a consistent brand voice.

Required profile

• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong understanding of U.S. culture, parenting audiences and social‑media trends.
• Proven track record of growing social‑media accounts with measurable results.
• Portfolio showcasing engaging short‑form content.
• Experience building engaged communities, not just increasing follower counts.
• Knowledge of social‑media analytics, SEO and content strategy.
• Experience in healthcare, ABA, education or family‑focused brands is a plus.
