Social Media Coordinator (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Social Media Coordinator to lead and expand our online presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok. This fully remote position is ideal for a creative individual who stays ahead of digital trends and can build engaged communities for a brand operating in the UK market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a monthly content calendar for multiple social platforms.
• Create, write, and schedule posts, stories, and short‑form videos.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly.
• Track performance metrics, analyse data, and deliver monthly reports.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to produce high‑quality visual assets.
• Stay updated on platform algorithm changes and emerging trends.
• Assist with influencer outreach and community partnership initiatives.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience managing social media for a brand or agency.
• Strong copywriting and content creation abilities.
• Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies preferred.
• Self‑motivated, organised, and able to manage content pipelines remotely.

Required skills

• Experience with scheduling tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite or Later.
• Proficiency in Canva or basic Adobe design tools.
• Understanding of social media analytics and performance tracking.
