Social Media & Content Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Social Media & Content Manager to grow the online presence of a personal injury law firm and the personal brand of its lead attorney. The role involves creating short‑form video content, writing copy and managing posts across multiple platforms for a U.S. audience.

Key responsibilities

• Edit raw video footage into Reels, TikToks, Shorts and feed videos.
• Draft and schedule engaging copy for Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok.
• Manage cross‑platform distribution for both the firm’s pages and the attorney’s personal accounts.
• Monitor comments and messages to conduct light community engagement.
• Adapt messaging to feel natural, authentic and culturally relevant to a U.S. audience.
• Collaborate closely with the lead attorney to turn raw photos and updates into high‑performing posts.

Required profile

• 2–3+ years of hands‑on experience managing social media and video production for U.S.‑based companies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proactive, self‑directed worker able to identify technical risks and propose solutions.
• Experience in marketing for law firms or other high‑intent local services is preferred.
• Ability to work standard EST hours and observe US Federal holidays.

Required skills

• Video editing software such as CapCut, Premiere Pro or Canva.
• Knowledge of publishing dynamics on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok.
• Proficiency with captioning, pacing and hook creation for short‑form videos.
• Familiarity with social media scheduling tools.
