About the role
We are looking for an experienced Site Quantity Surveyor to join a dynamic team in the Western Cape. The role involves managing all quantity surveying duties on active building projects, ensuring cost‑effective delivery and accurate commercial reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Control project costs, manage variations and report progress.
- Administer contracts and maintain accurate records throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support commercial and financial decision‑making by providing timely cost information.
Required profile
- National Diploma in Quantity Surveying (minimum).
- At least 3 years of experience on building projects.
- Proficiency with CCS (Costings and Contract System).
- Strong knowledge of contract administration and cost management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
