Site Engineer – Facilities & Maintenance Lead

About the role

We are seeking a Site Engineer to lead facilities, maintenance, utilities and site services. The role ensures equipment reliability, operational uptime and a safe, compliant environment while driving engineering improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all equipment maintenance and reliability initiatives, implementing preventive and planned maintenance systems.
• Manage machine breakdowns, conduct root‑cause analysis and drive continuous improvement.
• Support automation, PLC systems and production technology, including equipment installation, commissioning and optimisation.
• Oversee site utilities (electrical, HVAC, compressed air, water) and facilities infrastructure.
• Manage contractor services and ensure compliance with safety, GMP and operational standards.
• Supervise site services such as security, cleaning, waste and pest control.
• Implement and manage a CMMS, develop maintenance KPIs and reporting systems.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Hands‑on engineering background with strong technical expertise across mechanical, electrical and automation systems.
• Proactive, solutions‑driven attitude and ability to lead projects and collaborate with internal and external partners.
• Detail‑oriented, structured and capable of managing multiple priorities.
