Operations Administrator – 6‑Month Fixed‑Term Contract

About the role

We are looking for a junior Operations Administrator to join our manufacturing site in Stikland, Bellville on a six‑month fixed‑term contract. The role supports the Quality Control department by handling data capture, document control, reporting and ERP‑related tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and verify production and quality data in the ERP system.
• Maintain and organise controlled documents and quality records.
• Generate routine reports for the QC team and senior management.
• Assist with ERP administration, including data uploads and user support.
• Provide general administrative support to the operations and logistics functions.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of administration support experience, preferably in manufacturing or logistics.
• Stable employment history with reliable attendance.
• Matriculation with Mathematics (level 3) or higher.
• Fluent in English; Afrikaans is a plus.
• Own transport and ability to work onsite in Bellville.

Required skills

• Strong Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Experience using an ERP system such as SAP or Syspro.
