Site Agent – High Rise Residential Developments

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Agent to lead the delivery of prestigious high‑rise residential projects on Cape Town's Atlantic Seaboard. This role offers the chance to manage complex multi‑storey developments while upholding the highest standards of quality, safety and programme.

Key responsibilities

• Full site management and coordination of high‑rise residential construction projects.
• Supervising site teams, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to required quality standards.
• Monitoring construction programmes and resolving site‑related challenges.
• Managing health and safety compliance and adhering to all regulations.
• Liaising with clients, consultants, architects and professional teams.
• Controlling materials, plant, labour and project costs.
• Preparing progress reports and attending site meetings.

Required profile

• National Diploma or Degree in Building, Construction Management or a related qualification.
• 8–10 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Proven experience as a Site Agent on large multi‑level residential developments.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, quality standards and contractual requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage demanding programmes within a high‑pressure environment.
