About the role
Clicks Group is hiring three shop assistants/cashiers for its Discovery Place store in Sandton. This permanent, entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience in retail, customer service and store operations.
Key responsibilities
- Process sales and customer payments accurately, handling cash safely.
- Promote Clicks ClubCard, enroll members and inform customers about promotions.
- Provide friendly, professional customer service and maintain store cleanliness and product displays.
- Stay up‑to‑date with product ranges and ongoing promotions.
Required profile
- Grade 12 / Matric qualification.
- Basic mathematics and numeracy skills.
- Computer literacy.
- Good communication and customer‑service abilities.
- Planning, problem‑solving and ability to follow procedures.
