About the role
The Northam Platinum Mine is urgently hiring permanent staff for multiple positions, including SHE Representative, Safety Officer and Team Leader. Candidates must be South African citizens and be ready to start immediately.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with safety, health and environmental regulations on site.
- Lead safety inspections, risk assessments and incident investigations.
Required profile
- Minimum Grade 10/12 education.
- Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English.
- Pass pre‑employment medical examination and possible physical fitness assessment.
Required skills
- Experience using basic hand and power tools.
- Valid driver’s licence with PDP (for relevant driving roles).
