ServiceNow Health & Safety Technical Consultant / Developer

About the role

Datonomy Solutions is looking for an experienced ServiceNow Technical Consultant / Developer to lead the digitisation and automation of workplace health and safety processes. You will design, configure and implement ServiceNow Health & Safety solutions, including a digital contractor safety management platform.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure and develop ServiceNow Health & Safety and Risk Management solutions based on OHS business requirements.
• Create reusable inspection, audit and checklist templates, and automate scheduling, assignment and completion workflows.
• Capture and manage audit findings, non‑conformances, corrective actions and follow‑up activities.
• Digitise creation, approval and retention of appointment letters, certificates and related safety documentation.
• Build a digital platform for contractor safety‑file submissions, including document classification, validation and workflow approvals.
• Implement automated notifications, reminders and audit trails for all safety documentation processes.
• Leverage ServiceNow Flow Designer, business rules and workflows to automate manual OHS processes.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience with ServiceNow development and configuration.
• Solid understanding of Occupational Health & Safety processes and compliance requirements.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable, maintainable ServiceNow solutions.
