Service Technician – Office Automation

About the role
We are looking for an experienced Service Technician to join our client’s team in Mthatha. The role focuses on delivering technical support and solutions within the office automation sector, ensuring equipment operates smoothly for end‑users.
Key responsibilities
- Install and configure office automation equipment, including colour and mono devices.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues on site.
- Perform routine maintenance and preventive checks on equipment.
- Provide training and support to end users.
- Maintain accurate records of all service activities.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Service Technician in office automation.
- Minimum Matric or equivalent qualification.
- Strong problem‑solving and communication abilities.
- Team‑player attitude with willingness to travel.
- Valid driver’s licence.
Required skills

- IT connectivity and networking basics.
