Senior Manager – Agentic Enterprise Transformation

About the role

Deloitte Africa Engineering, AI & Data Advisory is building a differentiated capability to help organisations redesign how they operate with AI agents. As a Senior Manager – Agentic Enterprise Transformation you will advise senior executives, shape transformation programs and lead the practice’s growth across Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Define future‑state enterprise and functional operating models enabled by AI agents.
• Identify where agentic AI can redesign end‑to‑end business processes rather than merely automate individual activities.
• Help executives determine which decisions should remain human‑led, become machine‑assisted or become increasingly autonomous.
• Develop enterprise agentic transformation strategies, investment roadmaps and execution portfolios.
• Lead multidisciplinary Deloitte teams from opportunity shaping through mobilisation and delivery.

Required profile

• Approximately 15+ years of relevant professional experience, including management consulting or technology advisory.
• Proven track record advising senior executives on complex enterprise or technology‑enabled transformation.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI and Agentic AI and their implications for enterprise processes and operating models.
• Experience originating, shaping and selling consulting engagements.
• Exceptional structured problem solving, synthesis and executive communication skills.
