About the role
Clicks Group is hiring a Service Advisor for its Clicks Delft store in Cape Town. The role ensures service excellence at the point of sale through fast and efficient customer service and point of sale (POS) operational activities.
Key responsibilities
- Direct and control all operational activities at the point of sale efficiently
- Manage stock and cash effectively and safely, minimising shrinkage
- Maintain a high standard of general housekeeping and administration
Required profile
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- No experience required
- For external applicants: a relevant Retail or Business Management qualification
- Desirable: Maths 50% and English 50% at Grade 12 level
