Senior Technical Specialist – Tungsten TotalAgility Platform

About the role

An exciting opportunity for a senior technical professional to own the design, implementation, administration and support of a Tungsten TotalAgility platform in a complex enterprise environment. The role combines hands‑on infrastructure work with SQL Server optimisation and security management to keep business‑critical automation solutions running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain TotalAgility environments across Development, Test, Pre‑Production and Production.
• Manage multi‑tenant platform upgrades, patches, lifecycle activities and data retention strategies.
• Administer Windows Server, virtual and cloud infrastructure, monitoring capacity, scalability and performance.
• Develop, tune and optimise SQL Server queries and perform database performance tuning.
• Implement security controls, authentication, access management and conduct vulnerability assessments.
• Configure TotalAgility modules (Capture, Transformation, Core Worker Services) and create custom scripts and integrations.
• Set up monitoring, logging and alerting, resolve performance issues and lead incident root‑cause analysis.
• Maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in senior technical specialist, systems engineer or enterprise platform support roles.
• Proven experience with Windows Server administration, SQL Server optimisation and enterprise infrastructure support.
• Experience with security, access control and enterprise application deployment.
