Senior Strategy Consultant – Freelance AI Project

About the role

We are seeking experienced strategy consultants to help shape AI learning environments by translating real consulting engagements into structured tasks for advanced language models. This remote, project‑based role is ideal for professionals from top‑tier firms who can bring authentic consulting experience to AI training.

Key responsibilities

• Build realistic consulting project scenarios, including industry context, financial data, constraints, and incomplete information.
• Design structured consulting tasks for AI agents such as market sizing, commercial due diligence, cost optimization, growth strategy, operational diagnosis, and benchmarking.
• Define evaluation criteria, grading frameworks, and golden‑answer solutions to train and calibrate LLM‑based assessment systems.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on project experience at McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY‑Parthenon, Kearney, or Strategy&.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems, build financial models or market analyses, and deliver client‑ready recommendations under tight deadlines.
• Experience presenting and defending recommendations in uncertain environments.
