Senior Strategy Consultant – Freelance AI Project

About the role

We are seeking experienced strategy consultants from top‑tier firms to help design realistic consulting scenarios that will train advanced AI systems. This remote, project‑based position focuses on translating real‑world consulting engagements into structured learning environments for generative models.

Key responsibilities

• Create detailed, industry‑specific project scenarios that capture real engagement dynamics, including financials, constraints, and ambiguous information.
• Break down each scenario into discrete consulting tasks such as market sizing, commercial due diligence, cost optimization, growth strategy, and operational diagnosis.
• Develop grading frameworks, evaluation rubrics, and golden‑answer solutions to enable automated assessment of AI‑generated outputs.
• Collaborate with the AI team to ensure the tasks align with the capabilities of large language models.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on consulting experience at McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY‑Parthenon, Kearney, or Strategy&.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous client problems, build financial models or market analyses, and deliver client‑ready recommendations under tight deadlines.
• Comfort presenting and defending recommendations in uncertain environments.
