Senior Consultant – Freelance AI Project (MBB & Top‑Tier Firms)

About the role

We are seeking experienced strategy consultants from leading MBB and top‑tier firms to help design realistic consulting scenarios for training advanced AI systems. This remote, project‑based position focuses on translating real‑world consulting engagements into structured learning environments.

Key responsibilities

• Create detailed, industry‑specific project scenarios that reflect real engagement dynamics, including financials, constraints, and incomplete information.
• Design discrete consulting tasks (e.g., market sizing, cost optimization, growth strategy) that AI agents will tackle.
• Develop evaluation rubrics, grading frameworks, and golden‑answer solutions to calibrate LLM‑based assessment tools.
• Collaborate with the AI and data‑generation team to ensure scenarios are aligned with model training objectives.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on consulting experience at McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY‑Parthenon, Kearney, or Strategy&.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems, build financial models, and deliver client‑ready recommendations under tight deadlines.
• Comfort working independently in a remote, freelance setting.
