About the role
We are looking for a Senior Restaurant Manager to lead an established restaurant in Centurion. The role involves overseeing both front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house operations, ensuring smooth daily service and staff performance.
Key responsibilities
- Manage opening and closing procedures to guarantee operational readiness.
- Oversee stock control, ordering, and inventory management.
- Handle restaurant administration, including scheduling, budgeting, and compliance.
Required profile
- Minimum 8 years experience in a sit‑down restaurant or bar environment.
- Proven ability to manage front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house teams.
- Strong staff management and training capabilities.
- Demonstrated capacity to work effectively under pressure.
