Senior Recruiter (Remote)

About the role

Bamboo Works is seeking a Senior Recruiter to own end‑to‑end hiring for digital, creative and marketing positions. This remote, independent‑contractor role focuses on delivering high‑quality candidates and shaping recruitment processes for international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to placement, ensuring strong candidate‑client fit.
• Source, screen, interview and present top‑tier talent for digital, creative and marketing roles.
• Build and nurture candidate relationships throughout the hiring process.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines and sourcing strategies.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS and generate market insights on talent availability and compensation trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent, high‑quality outcomes.

Required profile

• 7+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in an agency setting.
• Proven track record hiring for digital, marketing or creative positions.
• Experience with remote and international hiring.
• Ability to manage multiple roles independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong interviewing, assessment and communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive and solutions‑focused.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ATS systems and recruitment tools.
