Senior Recruiter

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to lead the attraction and retention of recruitment talent across our eight specialist brands. This remote‑based position, operating from Cape Town, will shape hiring strategies and strengthen our employer brand.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Talent Director and Talent Engagement Lead to design an agile hiring strategy.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and business stakeholders to build effective sourcing and closing plans.
• Manage the full hiring cycle – sourcing, values‑based interviews, offers, and HR administration.
• Create innovative talent‑attraction campaigns using social media, automation, and email marketing.
• Develop and promote the employer brand through compelling copy for recruitment consultants.
• Provide market and business intelligence to refine attraction approaches.
• Build talent pipelines and deliver an excellent candidate and employee experience.
• Contribute ideas that support the long‑term growth of 11 Investments.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably hiring recruitment consultants.
• Strong partnership skills with senior stakeholders and hiring managers.
• Ability to design and execute creative attraction campaigns.
• Excellent communication and copy‑writing abilities.
• Data‑driven mindset for market intelligence and strategy recommendations.
