About the role

The well‑established residential developer is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large‑scale housing projects from the town‑planning stage through to final handover. The role is based in the Johannesburg area and requires strong leadership under pressure.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of large residential housing developments.
• Oversee planning, coordination and execution to ensure projects meet scope, schedule and budget.
• Collaborate with professional and internal teams to resolve issues quickly and keep progress on track.
• Maintain comprehensive reporting and administrative oversight.

Required profile

• B.Sc in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience on large‑scale residential developments.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders.
