Senior Product Manager

It is recruiting a Senior Product Manager to lead the evolution of its client's core product offerings, balancing business goals, technical feasibility and user experience. The role suits someone who thrives on ownership, data-driven decisions and scaling a product in a fast pace.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a product roadmap aligned with the business strategy
• Run market research and user interviews to understand customer needs
• Define and track KPIs to measure feature success
• Work with engineering, design and marketing teams to deliver features on time and to quality
• Write product requirements and user stories and manage the backlog through prioritisation
• Act as the voice of the customer and present progress and vision to stakeholders and executives

Required profile

• 3+ years in product management, preferably in SaaS or a high-growth tech environment
• Track record of launching products or features from ideation to commercialisation
• Agile/Scrum experience
• Nice to have: Fintech, healthtech or AI/ML experience; startup experience; technical background or CS degree; product analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude or Pendo

• Technical literacy and understanding of software development lifecycles
