About the role
Join a reputable dealership in Cape Town as a Senior Petrol Vehicle Technician. You will lead the service team in delivering high‑quality maintenance and repair for petrol‑powered vehicles, ensuring safety and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and service petrol‑engine vehicles in accordance with manufacturer standards.
- Supervise junior technicians and provide on‑the‑job training.
- Maintain accurate service records and complete required documentation.
- Ensure workshop safety protocols and compliance with industry regulations.
- Collaborate with parts and service advisors to optimise workflow.
Required profile
- 4–6 years of experience as a qualified petrol vehicle technician.
- Relevant trade test qualifications (merSETA, Olifantsfontein, QCTO).
- Valid driver’s licence.
- Ability to provide references and payslips upon request.
