Senior Mobile Developer (6 month contract)

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mobile Developer with strong React Native experience to join a fast‑paced banking technology environment. The role involves designing, developing and maintaining secure, scalable mobile applications that power digital banking services and improve the customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain React Native applications for iOS and Android.
• Build reusable, scalable, and maintainable frontend components and mobile architectures.
• Integrate mobile apps with RESTful APIs, backend services and third‑party platforms.
• Ensure performance, reliability, security and compliance with banking standards.
• Participate in system design discussions and influence technical architecture.
• Implement secure coding practices and collaborate with UX/UI designers.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers and promote best practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues and support continuous improvement.
• Work within Agile/Scrum teams, contributing to sprint planning and estimations.
• Collaborate with DevOps on CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments and release management.

Required profile

• Strong engineering mindset with experience in enterprise or highly regulated environments.
• Previous experience in banking, fintech, insurance or similar sectors.
• Ability to work closely with product owners, architects, QA and backend teams.
• Experience delivering high‑availability, customer‑facing digital platforms.
