Senior Learning Facilitator

About the role

The Senior Learning Facilitator will join the RMM team within Old Mutual’s Mass Foundation, supporting strategic change programmes for low‑ and emerging‑middle‑income customers. You will design, develop, deliver and evaluate practical learning solutions that enable employees to adopt new systems, processes and ways of working.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct learning needs analysis, translate complex changes into simple learning assets and create learner‑centred content aligned to project milestones.
• Facilitate formal and informal learning interventions, provide performance‑support tools and address adoption risks.
• Gather feedback, evaluate learning effectiveness using methods such as the Kirkpatrick model, and report progress to stakeholders.
• Own deliverables, manage timelines, and collaborate with SMEs, project teams and business leaders.

Required profile

• Matric qualification; learning qualification advantageous.
• Experience designing digital, blended or social learning solutions for operational or contact‑centre environments.
• Proven ability to simplify complex information into facilitator guides, job aids, FAQs and one‑pagers.
• Exposure to change‑management principles and ability to work under pressure in fast‑paced projects.
• Flexibility to facilitate learning on Saturdays and after‑hours when required.

Required skills

• Articulate 360 (or similar e‑learning authoring tool).
• Microsoft 365 suite – Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word, Forms.
• AI‑enabled productivity or learning‑design tools.
• Vyond, Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Power BI and Power Automate.
