Senior Intune Specialist – Endpoint Management Lead

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Senior Intune Specialist / System Administrator to lead the design, deployment, and optimisation of Microsoft endpoint management and enterprise infrastructure. You will ensure security compliance, support end‑users and drive automation across our IT landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and manage Microsoft Intune for Windows, macOS, iOS and Android devices.
• Configure compliance policies, configuration profiles, conditional access and security baselines.
• Manage Autopilot zero‑touch provisioning and mobile device/application management.
• Monitor device health, compliance and remediation; troubleshoot enrollment and policy issues.
• Administer Windows Server, Active Directory and Azure AD / Entra ID, including Group Policies, DNS, DHCP and file services.
• Support Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) and maintain patch management and vulnerability remediation.
• Implement endpoint security controls, support Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop PowerShell scripts for automation, create documentation and collaborate on digital workplace initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of system administration and endpoint management experience.
• Strong hands‑on expertise with Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Manager.
• Proven experience in Microsoft 365 administration and Azure AD / Entra ID.
• Solid knowledge of Windows 10/11 administration, security, Autopilot, Conditional Access, BitLocker and Defender for Endpoint.
