Senior Growth Marketer – ABM (Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for a senior growth marketer who will own and execute ABM‑focused paid campaigns for named accounts. You will work directly with a data‑driven VP, a growth engineer, and cutting‑edge AI tools to drive pipeline influence for our SaaS clients.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise paid ABM campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Search & Display, programmatic, G2/Capterra and affiliate networks.
• Build and maintain account‑level measurement frameworks in HubSpot and Salesforce.
• Collaborate weekly with a growth engineer to create automation, enrichment pipelines and LLM‑assisted creative assets.
• Brief SDRs on warming accounts and hand‑off pipeline‑influencing insights.
• Manage direct‑mail gifting, personalized landing pages, microsites and other experimental tactics.
• Kill under‑performing campaigns within 14 days and launch a new experiment each week.

Required profile

• 4+ years of B2B paid media experience, preferably in SaaS.
• Hands‑on experience with true ABM – named‑list targeting, multi‑channel orchestration and account‑level reporting.
• Data‑first mindset; comfortable owning numbers and making rapid decisions.
• Proven track record of shipping unconventional growth experiments.
• Aspiring to move into a Director‑level digital role within 18‑24 months.
