Senior CRO Manager

About the role

Ruby Labs is scaling a category‑defining document‑management platform that serves hundreds of thousands of customers worldwide. As a Senior CRO Manager you will own the full conversion optimisation loop—from research and hypothesis generation to design, testing and rollout—across the entire user journey. The role offers high autonomy, rapid iteration and performance‑based rewards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end optimisation cycles (research → hypothesis → design → test → rollout) while keeping cycles short.
• Use AI‑driven tools daily to accelerate research, ideation, design, analysis and documentation.
• Conduct deep funnel and product analysis across acquisition, activation, retention and monetisation, and benchmark against competitors.
• Create high‑fidelity wireframes and visual specifications in Next.js and TailwindCSS, ensuring brand integrity.
• Partner with engineering to implement and deploy tests rapidly and flawlessly.
• Analyse results with statistical rigor, make scaling decisions and maintain a prioritized testing roadmap.
• Document learnings and present insights clearly to stakeholders.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on CRO experience with documented performance lifts, preferably in subscription or SaaS funnels.
• Strong product‑thinking mindset that optimises the full user journey, not just landing pages.
• Proven ability to integrate AI tools into daily workflow for prompting, prototyping, analysing and drafting.
• Comfortable working in a code‑first environment and collaborating closely with engineers.
