Senior Consultant – Business Analysis

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Consultant – Business Analysis to join our consulting team. You will act as a trusted advisor, working closely with clients to translate business objectives into technology solutions and drive successful transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct detailed business process analysis and document current‑state (AS‑IS) and future‑state (TO‑BE) processes.
• Gather, analyse, and validate business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and engagement sessions.
• Develop functional specifications, user stories, process maps, and comprehensive business requirements documentation.
• Analyse data to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and improvement areas.
• Facilitate collaboration between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
• Prepare business cases and recommendations to support decision‑making.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT), change management, and implementation activities.
• Monitor project progress, communicate updates, and maintain project artefacts such as requirements traceability matrices.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Analysis or a related consulting role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Commerce, Technology or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as CBAP, BCS Diploma in Business Analysis, or equivalent are preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced consulting environment.
