About the role
NTU International is seeking a Senior Communication & Public Diplomacy Expert to support the “Cooperation Facility to Support the Implementation and Programming of EU Action and Team Europe Initiatives in Lesotho” project. The expert will join a pool of qualified non‑key experts that can be mobilised on a short‑term, on‑demand basis throughout the 48‑month implementation period.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement communication strategies that enhance EU visibility and public diplomacy in Lesotho.
- Design communication campaigns and stakeholder‑engagement activities aligned with project objectives.
- Organise public events, workshops and other communication initiatives.
- Prepare communication materials, briefing notes and support outreach activities.
Required profile
- Minimum 10 years of experience in strategic communication, visibility and stakeholder engagement.
- Proven experience in development cooperation projects is an advantage.
- Familiarity with EU‑funded projects is desirable.
