Senior AI Engineer

About the role

Our client, a leading iGaming developer, is looking for a Senior AI Engineer to join the Advanced Data Products team. You will turn complex business problems into production‑grade AI/ML solutions that drive real outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build AI/ML products from ideation to production that deliver measurable business impact.
• Collaborate with Revenue, Studios, Finance, Marketing and Operations teams to identify high‑value use cases.
• Run discovery sessions, understand problems deeply, and craft appropriate data‑science solutions.
• Engineer, deploy and maintain AI/ML systems in production, owning the full lifecycle.
• Build and maintain observability tooling to monitor model performance, data quality and system health.
• Mentor junior engineers, share knowledge, review work and support their growth.
• Translate model results into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders at all levels.
• Scale successful solutions across business functions and regions globally.

Required profile

• B.Sc. degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Data Science or a related field.
• Strong understanding of machine learning and solid software‑engineering skills to write clean, production‑ready code.
• Hands‑on cloud experience, preferably AWS, with a proven track record of building, deploying and operating ML systems at scale.
• Experience with observability – monitoring, alerting and keeping models healthy in production.
• Ability to translate complex AI/ML concepts into clear business language.
• Experience mentoring and developing junior engineers.
