Senior Account Manager – Enterprise IT Sales

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Senior Account Manager to lead enterprise‑level IT sales and strategic account growth. The role involves managing high‑value client relationships, driving revenue, and positioning our firm as a trusted IT consulting partner.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a strategic advisor to enterprise clients, developing tailored solutions that support digital transformation and managing renewals, upsells and cross‑sells.
• Manage a portfolio of high‑value accounts, negotiate contracts and pricing, and achieve monthly revenue targets.
• Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to position cloud, automation and consulting solutions.
• Maintain detailed client data in Bitrix24, generate insights and reports, and work with customer‑success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and adoption.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in IT sales, account management or consulting with a proven record of enterprise‑level B2B growth.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, comfortable engaging C‑level executives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT or a related field.

Required skills

• Cloud platforms: AWS, Microsoft Cloud, Azure.
• Automation tools: UiPath, Nintex.
• CRM: Bitrix24.
