Scrum Master – Agile Delivery Lead

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead to energise high‑performing, cross‑functional teams in a large‑scale, regulated transformation environment. This servant‑leadership position blends disciplined governance with an exciting, fast‑paced delivery culture.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate Product, Design, Engineering, QA and DevOps teams to deliver outcomes with predictability, quality and pride.
• Facilitate sharp, outcome‑focused Agile ceremonies – daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives.
• Remove impediments, unblock teams and champion continuous improvement on a daily basis.
• Partner with Product Owners and Business Analysts to keep the backlog clear, prioritised and ready for delivery.
• Make progress, dependencies, risks and blockers visible and proactively manage them.
• Align Agile execution with hybrid delivery realities, including waterfall milestones and stage‑gate approvals.
• Own RAID management for the team(s), ensuring accurate capture and action on risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies.
• Embed client security, quality and regulatory standards into everyday delivery without slowing the team.
• Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, psychological safety and genuine collaboration.

Required profile

• Excellent organisational and communication skills, able to balance empowerment with disciplined governance.
• Experience working in regulated or large‑scale transformation programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to make risks and dependencies highly visible.

Required skills

• Facilitation of Agile ceremonies (stand‑ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).
• RAID management (risk, assumption, issue, dependency tracking).
• Understanding of hybrid delivery models that combine Agile with waterfall milestones.
• Knowledge of security, quality and regulatory compliance within delivery processes.
